# Add a User

You can add users directly from the Gallery Manager and assign them a role that controls what they can do in the gallery.

1. Go to the **Gallery Manager** page.
2. Open **Manage Users**.
3. Near the bottom of the page, click **Add User**.
4. The **Add New User** popup will appear. Enter the user's **name**, **email**, and select a **role**:
   - **Standard** — Can view and share images.
   - **Manager** — Can upload, edit, and delete images, and manage albums.
   - **Admin** — Has full access, including user management and all gallery settings.
5. Click **Add User**.

The new user will appear in the **All Users** table.
