# Edit User Role

You can change a user's role at any time to adjust their access and capabilities.

1. Go to the **Gallery Manager** page.
2. Open **Manage Users**.
3. Scroll down to the **All Users** table.
4. Find the user you want to modify and click their current role, such as **Standard**, **Manager**, or **Admin**.
5. The role will become a dropdown menu. Select the new role you want to assign.
6. A **Change User Role?** popup will appear showing a summary of the capability changes.
7. Review the changes and click **Change Role** to confirm.

The user's role will be updated immediately.
