Add a User

You can add users directly from the Gallery Manager and assign them a role that controls what they can do in the gallery.

1. Go to the Gallery Manager page.
2. Open Manage Users.
3. Near the bottom of the page, click Add User.
4. The Add New User popup will appear. Enter the user’s name, email, and select a role:
   • Standard — Can view and share images.
   • Manager — Can upload, edit, and delete images, and manage albums.
   • Admin — Has full access, including user management and all gallery settings.
5. Click Add User.

The new user will appear in the All Users table.
