Edit User Capabilities

You can customize the capabilities of an individual user beyond their assigned role.

1. Go to the Gallery Manager page.
2. Open Manage Users.
3. Scroll down to the All Users table.
4. Find the user you want to modify and click the Settings icon in their row.
5. The Custom Capabilities popup will appear. Toggle the capabilities you want to enable or disable for that user.
6. Click Save Changes to apply the new capabilities.

Note: Users with custom capabilities will have a * custom badge displayed beside their role. Their custom capabilities determine what they can do, rather than their assigned role.
