Add an Album

There are two ways to create an album:

Method 1: Gallery Manager #

1. Go to the Gallery Manager page.
2. Open Organize Gallery.
3. Click Add Album.
4. Enter an album name and optional description, then click Add Album.
5. The new album will appear in your list of albums.

Method 2: From an Image #

You can also create an album while assigning an image to an album:

1. Go to the Gallery and click an image to open its larger view.
2. In the image metadata, find the Albums field and click Edit.
3. In the Manage Albums popup, enter a name in the Add New Album field near the bottom.
4. Click Create to create the album.
5. Click Save to return to the image.

The new album will now be available for this and other images.

Note: If the Albums field is not appearing in the image metadata, the administrator may have removed Albums from the Standard Fields list under Gallery Manager → Image Fields.
