Assign a Date to Multiple Images

Assign a date to multiple images at once using the bulk actions available in the Gallery.

1. Make sure the images you want to update have been uploaded to the gallery.
2. From the Gallery page, use the faint checkboxes over the image thumbnails to select the images you want to update.
3. A Bulk Actions panel will appear near the bottom of the screen. Click Actions, then select Set Date.
4. The Set Date popup will appear. Choose whether you want to assign a Year Only or Full Date.
5. Enter the year or full date you want to assign to the selected images.
6. Click Update.
7. A confirmation popup will appear showing the number of images that will be updated. Click Update to confirm.

The selected date will now be assigned to all of the images you selected.
